From Chosen Wednesday night NLC ... Patti's son is doing a lot better. She had to fly out there; but, he is now seeing a counselor and they have put him on different medicines. What a miracle!
Home Going: Katie Donahue went home to be with the Lord. Her and her fiancé' were both loved the Lord while on earth, they are now enjoying His eternal presence together. How wonderful for them but of course how sad for both their parents and loved ones who must adjust to their way too early leaving. Truly they mourn but not as those who have no hope! How wonderful to know we will all be reunited with our believing loved ones. Amen!

• Her son Gene will continue to be a light in the midst of darkness and that the Lord will continue to protect him. - Michelle
• Continued prayer for her sister Kathy who is suffering from Ovarian cancer and is needing to be on stronger Chemo after tests came back with higher levels. The chemo is known to have severe side effects - Jennifer
• Her friend Jodi was just diagnosed with breast cancer. - Jennifer
• Benita - Her son will be surrounded by strong Christians to help lead him to Christ. - Benita

• Gail had a stroke (cancer), going through chemo. Allan shoulder surgery. - Peggy

• Son got laid off from work to day and needs wisdom on what to do. He is still going to school but needs money for his family. - Sandy

• Please pray that problems with sinuses, and swelling around TMJ-& left side of head goes away. Cat scan came back clear on sinuses -so will be having some allergy tests done. -Trish

Chosen Online:
I am scheduled for parathyroid surgery on Mar. 4 to remove the offending gland causing my osteoporosis. The endocrinologist would settle for no less than Johns Hopkins in Baltimore with the best surgeon for the procedure as I am high risk. It never occurred to me (but did to the doctor) that when I had my left thyroid removed in 1979, the two parathyroid glands were most likely also removed as well. Removing one more would only leave one gland left, which is fine, but leaves no room for mistakes.........! From what I understand, having NO parathyroid glands is not a fun thing to deal with for the rest of one's life. I'd like to add the upcoming surgery and date to the prayer list if possible. - Laurie

Would you all pray for me? In south central Brazil, I will be training (practical and spiritual) the teachers who work with 350 children in the slums and they are expecting God to do much. I am also visiting an orphanage that badly needs help so that the doors don’t close. I need wisdom to see what resources we may be able to provide. They are at the point of having to turn the kids back out into the streets. I need wisdom to know what God wants us to do. My Brazilian team are a beautiful group of Christians and I look forward to spending the next 9 days with them. - Renee
