Mikayla has a friend from pre-kindergarten, since they were 4 years old. She got a call last night from her and was told that her friend's father died. He had been in a car accident. Hope is the same age as Mikayla--9. Hope is very, very torn up over this. I don't think any of us got much sleep last night. Her dad and mom were divorced and she rarely saw her dad as he worked out of state at times. Hope could really, really use lots of prayers. Mikayla could use prayers to help her know how to be there for her dear friend since this is the first time she has experienced this. -JuanitaMy sons turn 12 on Sat. I have had 2 surgeries in the past 3 weeks. The last was a week ago and I am still recovering. That was major and the others I have had this year have been only under sedation. I think this last one will work for my dialysis and maybe as soon as I gain strength, I will be doing fine. - Juanita
