We leave this Sunday the 31st and will get back late Sat night the 6th. ... [Please] pray for us, especially in the middle of the week (Wednesday/Thursday), because that is normally when the spiritual warfare gets pretty intense. For us leaders the early morning meetings and staying up late talking with our girls during cabin time starts to catch up with us. It's also when "the sin talk" is given by the speaker where he or she explains what sin is why they may feel so hopeless, alone, etc. And how there's nothing they themselves can do to fix it. They're given 24 hours to wrestle with that while being loved on and surrounded by us leaders as we swim in the po
ol, go on the ropes course, ride horses, etc. and then the amazing news is shared of Jesus and the cross. So you can imagine the kind of antics the enemy tries during this time to try and keep the kids from hearing and accepting the good news. - Jenny
