Please pray for my daughter, Ashley. We are pretty sure she has the swine flu. She is having high fever (over 103), headache, sore throat, cough, and body aches. She also has mild asthma. Thanks so much. Also praying that the rest of the family won't come down with it. My throat has started hurting tonight. - Christen
Parker will have surgery at 8AM EDT (6 AM MDT) Wednesday. Surgery will last at least 3 hours and possibly longer. They will remove as much scar material from between the retina and its mating surface, then inject a bubble of silicon oil into the eye to hold the retina in place so it can attach. According to Lucas this will be the first of possibly four trips to this Dr. because this work is not usually able to be completed in one surgery. [Please pray.] - Linda
Please keep for baby Maddox, Brian (daddy), Sarah (mommy) and Macie (sister) in your prayers. Maddox has reflux and is not sleeping well. He’s about 12 lbs now! Please pray it will subside and they will get the needed rest they all need. - Kathy
I just got notice via e-mail that I did NOT get the job I really wanted at US Airways. I have a couple applications in with them, but not as excited about the jobs as I was about that one! I have applied to everywhere around town that would be comparable in salary and I either get rejections or never hear from the places. I don't understand why I can't find a job. I think I will start looking at other states. And no I do not want to go back to the midwest. Maybe Wyoming, Oregon, somewhere else with mountains! [Please pray!] - Mel
