- I am scheduled to close on my new town home this Friday. I got a phone call today that due to a small glitch closing could be delayed. I signed an agreement that if for any reason I cause the delay I will have to pay $100/day until closing. My realtor said he would see to it that I will not have to pay, since this was not within my control. But, I would really like for it to go as scheduled. It is located in Fountain, down there by the wild fire I think. I know God has a plan so I don’t worry about it. This transaction went very smooth so I know God is behind this.
