We have heard from Lucas and Natalie about Parker's Drs. appt. in Denver. Parker will have eye surgery tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon. This is to relieve the pressure in his eyes, the pressure should be between 10 and 20, Parker's is at 45+. At this time the Dr. can not see much in the eyes because of the high pressure. Sometime after the pressure is relieved he will be able to look through the eye and see if the retina or optic nerve has been damaged. The doctor thought he could see some iris but not sure how much. This will become more evident when the pressure is lowered. The iris issue is part of the Aniridia problem where the iris may be totally missing or is partially missing. The three of them will stay Thursday night at St. Luke's Presby Hospital in Denver.
